5ktq donor for $495

As part of my daily routine I peruse the local Audi adds looking for
1990-1991 90 20V for my friend and a 5ktq donor car for myself (and my 4kq).
I ran across an '86 5000 turbo with 118k on it. The auto transmission is
gone, so the car doesn't move (hence the low price), but it does run well
according to the salesman. The interior is supposed to be perfect while the
exterior has so-so paint and a dent in the front fender. The radiator is
also leaking.

What do you guys think? Does this sound like a good deal or should I pass
on it? It sounds like a pretty good candidate to me, considering the price
and the nice interior (for parting out). If you guys think it could be a
winner, I'll go check it out this weekend (it's about 50 miles away). The
only downside I see is that it isn't a manual, so I'll still need to get a
flywheel. That shouldn't be too expensive or hard to find, would it?
Thanks!
