Dealer or not doesn't make a difference here, except that in theory
an Audi dealer knows about Audi and Quattros.
My best luck has always been at independent shops who eschew the
fancy new "push-da-button" computerized stuff and still do things
by hand with measuring equipment. They not only know what they are
doing, rather than just reading numbers off a screen, they are
usually willing to discuss options with you, like more custom
settings, and getting the numbers "right", not just "in range".
