No time to go into detail right now, but as a dual purpose car, the
Integra is probably the best bet, followed by the A4. The UrQ would be
great, but IMHO, it's not the greatest daily driver. Also, I don't know
what sanctioning body exists in Canada, but I can give you a sort of
quick rundown of SCCA rules for streetable cars if you'd like. One big
NO-NO for street car classes, turbo mods of any kind.
