this sometimes occurs to me when getting Brendan's rocks off driving
silly in the coupe. Of course the ballast on the right helps with the
hard 90 ont he way to the chinese food - but he has no idea how much fun
this car *really* is... and at almost double my mass, never could!
The funniest instance was drag racing some big ole PU truck (sorry,
musta been hormones or something), having to watch the road scrupulously
for traffic, etc. (more sorry!) I couldn't keep an eye on the tach -
when the engine died. Guess that was the red line - which usually comes
"later" in the power curve, less the extra mass. Time to shift I
guess. (I still won)
