Headlight washer questions

Hi,

I have not had headlight washers on my car since the new RS2 bumper was 
installed in September, the mechanics who did it lost some of the washer 
pieces, and have never got them in again. So I ordered the proper pieces 
from Porsche and have sort of hooked it all up. My questions are;
Is there a trick to get the rubber hose onto the plastic pieces? I have 
three of the four on, but have spent almost two hours trying to get the last 
one on.
And, there is a one-way valve, should both washers operate off of the one 
valve, or am I missing a valve?
