Not relayed.  Instead of higher wattage bulbs on the stock lights,
it's better to swap in the S6 projector beam lights (available from Blau).
Of course, a relay harness is a good idea.

There is a relay that prevents the fog lights from turning on unless
the headlights are also on, but I believe the full current still
goes through the fog light switch.

Mirror memory and tilt reverse was an option that your car may not have.

All 92-95 A6s come with the Gamma radio in the US.  The Bose option
has different speakers with amplification, and there was an option
of a 10-disc CD changer.
