What about this, http://www.davesport.com/rally/mycar/mycar.htm it's a 4 wheel drive turbo bug, I remember reading about it several years ago, the one thing that stuck in my mind was that it used a
datsun 280Z rear end to drive the front wheels, couldn't tell you what kind of dif setup was implemented, doesn't appear to have any kind of center dif... not really a quattro.
