timing belt change - advance/or not

I'm no expert, but my experience and info learned from the list, is that you 
can't gain much, if anything, on a single overhead engine.
Double overhead cam motors allow you to increase overlap, and change other 
things independently intake to exhaust. BTDT.
Listers have reported that the I5 will not run well at all with 1 tooth 
advance.
