Correct. On cars with headlight wipers, the only mission for the fluid
is to dissolve the dirt so the wipers can wipe is away. If you have
only washers, high pressure is needed to wash the dirt away..

IMHO, the washer system doesn't work too good, no matter what car..
Wipers are best, but AFAIK only a few old BMW and Mercedes, Saab,
Volvo and Audi V8 use wipers..
