Everything's possible.

a) Check the reservoir for a recess for the separate pump for the
   headlight washers.  Usually there's a pump-shaped hole with a
   rubber plug in the bottom.

b) Headlight washers are mandatory in many european countries.

c) Beware - they use a _LOT_ of washer fluid.  That's why Audi's
   washer fluid reservoirs appear so big.  Once you've got headlight
   washers installed, you'll go from filling the reservoir five times
   a winter to twenty or more.
