You'll need bulbs. To make sure I got adequate light, I opted for the 80/100W bulbs. I've never been flashed on low beams, and I hardly ever use the high beams. I'd think the standard 55/60W would be fine. But I'm very happy with my higher wattage bulbs.
I also ordered the wiring harness from Blau. It included relays. Very good quality, with spare switch I didn't use. It is expensive. You can put one together yourself for less, but you have to have a good idea of what you are doing. Blau's was worth it to me.
On my car I couldn't use the auxiliary jumper post, so I took power off the alternator, per Phil Payne's recommendation.
All told, it took me about 4 hours. Having done it once, I could now do it in about 2 hours.
Well worth the time and expense. You're gonna luv 'em.
