A-6 Questions

Good morning Audi fans,
I have recently purchased my first '96' A-6.  It seems to have a few problems 
I am not able to fix.  If you would indulge me please.
1.  Is it true that the Auto box NEVER needs an oil change?  Dealer here says 
it
     is good for 100k plus.
2.  Head light washers.  Pump for the washers works with 12vdc applied to 
motor.
     Full of fluid and nothing coming out of washers.
3.  The car had only one key and alarm fob.  Seems the original was replaced 
     with a Code Alarm fob.  Got a replacement and the instructions refer to a
     button under the dash to push to reprogram the new fob.  Where may I find
     this button?
4.  It came with chromed wine glass 16" wheels.  And has chromed wheel nut 
     covers.  Dealer does not know where to get replacements.  Any idea of 
where
     to get them?
5.  When rear deck lid is opened with lights on, they will cut out.  Seems to 
be a 
     wiring problem in the harness.  Was there any recall on this?
6.  Is there a Bentley for this car?  Or CD?
