Psuedo Xenon/Plasma/otherwise high-tech headlights

I think the word is yes, they do provide brighter light. However it's audi's 
design of the lens that sucks. Hence many listers get driving lights or 
euros.

I'm waiting to see if Hella is going to import their tiny HID auxillary 
headlamps: very small, in a headlight pattern (meaning for use in all 
conditions, not just dark, desert highways)
