Psuedo Xenon/Plasma/otherwise high-tech headlights

Don't even think about 80/100W bulbs without adding a relay wiring harness.
Otherwise your headlight switch and/or wiring will fry.  Also, more wattage
on the 9004 with the same old lens/reflector as the old DOT headlight will
just produce more useless, unfocused light.  The problem with those lights
is not lack of lumens.  A proper euro 55W H4 headlight is literally
magnitudes better than the DOT light with double the wattage.
