leaking brake reservoir

My 1988 90 Q seems to be leaking from the junction of the hydraulic
reservoir and the master cylinder.  Family album shows two rubber "plugs"
that the reservoir fits into.

Has anyone else had leaks at this point?

Any idea if it is likely the plugs or a crack in the outlet pipes of the
reservoir?

How hard is it to replace the plugs?  Does the reservoir just pull out?
