SAE numbers

Does anyone have an SAE number for the old "2x2" style diagnostic
connectors?  I think all 1989 models have these and there is a picture on
SJM's site http://www.sjmautotechnik.com/100ecuf.html .

I would like to find a source for some connectors (at a reasonable cost) to
make a test cable.

PS I did find a source for the OBDII style 16 pin connector at
http://www.packard.pios.com/system/OrdersHome.asp

The part numbers are:
12110252 for the shell
12047581 for the pins
12110254 for the locking clip
