Personally, it sounds like your battery is kind of weak. You may need to
replace it soon. As for alternators, instead of going through all of that
conversion stuff, why not just get a 120 (?) amp unit from Avi Meron.
Lots of listers have had excellent results from his upgrade, and not only
is there no need to do any conversions, his price is very reasonable.
