I bet the closest will be the 93 model, my car is one of the "revised" B4 models
of the T89 chassis.

I DO have the factory alarm in the car, but this alarm system isn't good enough
for the insurance and not good enough anyway. Just a relay that is connected to
the dome light and trtigger the horn and hazard blinkers of a door is opened.
Yes, that is the stock system, quite simple.

The new system will have remote controlled power locks, microwave and ultrasound
sensors, immobiliser, possibility for GSM hookup, mapping to show what alarm
section was triggered, can close power windows and sunroof (like I need that :-)
