no ABS, '88 5kcstq

I checked for the 10a fuse in the relay at the drivers knees.  Both 
were present (did this while driving).  The fuse was not blown.  I 
didn't pull the relay.  That's all I know so far.  The car will likely sit 
until I decide to buy a battery.

Is there anything else I should check regarding the abs?
