All,
1986 Audi 4000CS Quattro SCCA ProRally car. Cage, custom coilovers, alfa
pro rally computer, two sets of michelin M3 and
M1 gravel tires mounted on 5000 rims, freshly rebuilt motor (6000 miles on
it), 5-pt harnesses, new snow tires,
clutch, exhaust, euro-spec BMW quad rounds plus a set of hella rally 2000s
w/ appropriate wiring, skid plates,
map light, lexan rear windows, gutted interior, battery in trunk, etc. Car
was built by Mike Burke (used to be on the list) from Ohio in
'96 and ran 6 rallies. Never hit or rolled, body in good shape except for
gravel chew along edges of some
body panels. The car drives well, is streetable as a second car, and would
be a perfect place for a beginner to start out. Car is ready to do
its thing after getting a new set of tokico's installed (~$65 apiece).
Gotta sell it soon, so come see it and make me an offer! I bought it for
$4900 and have put a few hundred bucks into it. It's got to sell fast!
Hurry! Hurry! Pictures at http://people.bu.edu/paanta/audi.html

Why am I selling it, you ask? The little car dealership at the end of
the street has a '91 200 20v Turbo Quattro for sale and I think I could get
it for $3000, as they don't realize that it's an unusual audi and it needs
a couple of things (heater core, vacuum lines, etc). I just went out for a
test drive, and decided I needed it after blasting up to 120 mph without
realizing I was speeding. :) Woohoo!
