Not buying the Passat

Come to think of it, when my friend's dad ran the parts dept of the local
VW/Audi/Olds (oops!) dealer, they would be willing to switch to any tire
sent to them. On the case of new cars, as long as the request was
reasonable, and the tires are vitually unused, they would switch tires on
a new car to keep the customer happy.
