oscilloscope

What are the required specs for an oscilloscope to be used for analyzing a 5Kt.
ie: dual trace?, Mhz?, time base (fixed)? etc. 

What would be minimum requirements?


What would be the ideal setup?


I do have a Fluke 79, possibly can add plug in modules?
