Scooby WRX- now w/ lots of Audi stuff

About 7 years ago I had a very interesting
conversation with a Belgium traffic cop....the upshot
of which was that the Belgium limit is 130 KM/h _NOT_
130 miles/hour.

All ended happily i'm pleasd to say
