manual for 91 Audi 80

Here's a manual for sale on Ebay.  That's about as cheap as you'll get them.
That's where I got both of mine!!

As for your coolant light.  Try adding a little bit of coolant to the
system.  Even if it looks full usually just a splash of fluid will make the
light go off....it's very sensitive!!
