[urq] 83 UrQ for Sale

I don't know URQ's are really awesome finds especially at low mileage and 
in good shape. So it's not a 20v motor and the engine's much like an MC 
motor, but it's from '83 and I think it's more of a classic car than a '91 
200 or '95 A4. $12000 might be high, but those cars are rare and it now 
looks really nice. just my 2 cents.
