What do I look for on a 5000CS quattro?

$10k for an AWD sedan- let's see:
Subaru Legacy
Subaru Impreza
'91-93 (?) Mitsubishi Galant VR-4
BMW 325 ix (E30 chassis)
Toyota Camry All-Trac
Mercedes 300E 4Matic

Can't think of any others, and the Benz
might still be a bit too expensive for the
$10k cap.

Except for the Galant VR-4, none of these
cars compares to driving a nice, clean,
well maintained 5000CS quattro.
