I have recevied a few inquires and they keep trickling in, so I'm posting
to the list.
About the Hub Shark Tool:
I found this page:
http://www.mytoolstore.com/oldforge/olf06.html
Only difference is the tool I borrowed from my friend was bought from the
Hazet Distributor, it's the "Hub Shark" but it did not come with that
bracket seen on the web page. It was also only $275 for the tool without
the disk puller etc., just the bearing puller/installer. It's a very
beefy steel, and makes it unbelievably easy to change the wheel bearings.
They pop right in and out. Air gun highly recommended.
Since many of you have posted about renting tools, maybe some of these
people that rent tools can be persuaded to buy the Hub Shark if there is
enough demand for future rentals.
