[200q20v] Fading Brakes when wet What are the Options

It is quite common for water build up between rotors and pads to cause
this. The first application of the brakes will clear this water. After
the first pump the brakes will appear normal. This is more noticeable
on the highway than around town.
Changing the rotors/pads may improve things slightly but this condition
exists in every car.

Mike
