90 90q rear diff lock not working

Looks like it may be a bad relay, or a fuse under the dash.  Check there
first.

At some point since last winter, my rear diff lock has stopped
working. This may be related to the fact that my ABS disable switch
is also not functioning.  Both did work in the past.

Any BTDT or suggestions?
