was narrow tires...

Rolling diameter would have to match perfectly or your torsen will suffer$$

The question needs to be asked "What do you hope to accomplish?" None of the
quattros suffer from oversteer, most of us would like to add some oversteer
but not at the cost of overall traction. That would entail using narrower
tires on the rear (and looking stupid!)

The wider tires on the back would be effective only for apperance (not in my
opinion - mind you) and hiding the quattro nature of your car from anyone
who might have known in the first place.

Some on the list might think this a "stupid" question and deliver some
flameage. Ignore it, take note of who they are, watch for their "stupid"
answers - it's usually the know-it-alls suffering from small-d**k-syndrome
(SDS) who know didley that have the fastest fingers on the keyboard.
