Accumulator problems usually cause hot start problems. Make sure your
cold-start injector is working. If that's ok, make sure your control
pressure regulator is good if you have one. To test this you need a CIS
fuel pressure gauge. Also injectors need to be in good shape...replace if
very old. good luck.
