i hadn't looked at the page before i replied - that's a funky part graydon
used!
samco makes a silicon replacement for the michelin man that has the bypass
valve port built into the side.
it takes some trimming to make it fit, which is scary since it costs $150
or so, and it is very stiff, so it is difficult to fit until it is trimmed
enough.
as far as i know, only TAP (total audi performance is www.tap1.com) and
it's agents sell them in north america.
