I wouldn't say quite that... but if the DOT sealed beams are a 1 and the
hellas an 8 (cibie prolly = 10) the JCW cheapos are only a 3, in other
words a waste of $.  They are about $20 or so each, right?  hella H4 or
H1 lenses should be no more than $40 each.
