A/C heat controller question

There are two very different controllers, and as usual, they appear in
different years.  If your controller has the Defroster and Rear Window
Defogger as the last two buttons on the face, then it's the kind with the
ole "slide" connector in the back.  I have removed both style controllers
from 1985 models.  The other style controller has the two "fan speed"
buttons last on the face, and the connector on the back is the pin type.
