Oil Pressure Quirk in 90Q20V

Wierd problem this weekend:

Started my wife's 90 to warm it up.  Went out to start driving and it had
developed a "tick."  Quite a loud ticking (maybe a bad lifter?) and also,
the oil pressure guage had moved up to about 3 Bar, and then when I put it
in gear and drove it moved to 5 Bar.  So only when it is under load does the
pressure move up, but 3 sounds a little high for idle, correct?

Help?!@#!?
