They should bolt in but you may find that they use different rotors as well
as pads etc.

It is usually considered an upgrade to go from the single piston to the
duals, ie. more pad area and force. If you are getting the new/good
calipers for free maybe there is an incentive, but paying for different
rotors and pads negates this. Since the car already had the M/C for duals,
if your rotors and pads are OK, I'd say you have a disincentive to switch.
