Technically speaking (yah, engineer talk) teflon's porosity MAY make it a
good filter. It's what makes Gore-Tex work (water vapor molecules
(mono-molecules) pass through, water drops (polar bonded multi-molecules)
don't. Don't know if oil chains could pass, but I guarantee no dirt of
circumstance would!
