Alighment-4kq

I need to have my '87 4kq aligned, but I don't have a
Bentley manual, so I could use the specs that I can
give the mechanic. Would someone be able to scan them
for me, or if they're pretty basic, just email them to
me? I'm not really familiar with what is involved with
this so the more explanation to what the numbers
mean...the better! Thanks!

Oh yeah! I'm getting all 4 wheels aligned.
