Happens with fuel, too. A Leicester man killed his wife and poured
petrol over the body lying in the kitchen. When he struck a light, the
explosion blew him through the wall into next door's kitchen -
fortunately empty at the time.
Propane's other problem is its low boiling point. Our climate in the
UK is usually warm enough for butane to work well, but for a few days
each year only propane will work in outdoor applications. The railways
use it to drive points.
