Alternative headlights for the type 44

I think it's been four years since this subject was last discussed. At the 
time, I took the trouble of obtaining copies of the Hella tech drawings of 
the BMW 3-series (DE projector) setup and the aftermarket DE setup for the 
pre-95 Passat, both of which appeared to fit both 4k and 5k Audis.
I sent the drawings to Scott Justusson as he volunteered to look into 
having custom bezels made, but the discussion died the death and nothing 
more was heard of this subject.
