1999.5 A4 1.8T Avant quattro FS

Folks, 
Our 1999.5 A4 Avant is for sale. We need to move up in size, longer in tooth, 
and down in payment since my wife now a stay-at-home-mom.

parents that spill things easily!)
*  Sport Package (20mm lower, 30% stiffer springs, specially valved struts, 
16" 7-spoke alloys, 205-55-16 tires, 3-Spoke sport steering wheel with 
shifter buttons) 
*  Bose Concert Sound system with 135W and subwoofer in back
*  Factory 6 cd changer
*  Cold weather package (heated seats, ski sack, etc)
*  Convenience package (sunroof, remote keyless entry, etc)
*  Weathertec fitted cargo liner for the back in matching clay color included

Amazingly enough, the car was a standout at the Q-Club corral at Road Atlanta 
(Petit LeMans) in September.  Very few Avants in this color seem to be 
around, and it's darned sharp.  We hate to see it go.
Car is in Greensboro NC.
Asking $24.5K / OBO  - car only needs tires, and I was hesitant to replace 
them with the oe Dunlop SP 8000's in case someone has another preference.  
I'd go with them in a heartbeat, and will for the right price.

Kelly Blue Book Trade is $22K, Retail is $26K+ with the stated mileage and in 
the SE region.
