30,000 mile oil

It works for me.

Flush, oil and filter in November, filter change in the spring (on a cold
engine...how delightful!) and top up with a litre.

0W-30 Series 2000 oil, huge PDF15 filter....66% larger than stock, and an
excellent filter media.

Anything that makes it through that filter isn't going to bother your
engine.

Not "cheap"....I used to pay 19.95 for filters, and 15.95 for oil...but I
think I've found a cheaper dealer.

You get what you pay for.

No where do they recommend 30k miles, though.
