If it's a bearing sound, yes.  If it's an air whistle, I doubt it- unless
there's something Audi-specific that I don't know about.

Every diesel truck I ever hear go by has a *loud* turbo whistle feeding
that big engine.

My other car does, too- but only after I removed the sound filter and
traded the OEM air filter for a K&N.

The 5K whistles a little, but it's barely noticeable. We'll see how she
sounds after the K&N goes in.
