Still 5KTQ No Start

Try this, when It doesn't start take off the air intake boot where the 
throttle is, hold it wido open and shoot some gas or starter fluid in it... 
shove the boot on quickly, (dont bother to tighten the clamp till it starts.. 
if it does your getting vaporlock...= Check Valve.
