Compression, Coolant Loss

Well I've tried three time to get this message to the list, never goes.
Compression testing shows:
#1 190psi
#2 210psi
#3 200psi
#4 205psi
Range (155-169psi)
So compression is plenty good. Does this rule out a cracked head or block,
or headgasket? I have found a sticky green substance on the driver's front
crossmember where the hood latches. It is really sticky and it could only
be coolant, which I haven't spilled. Then I noticed a screw from the front
clip, this crossmember, is digging into the radiator and scratching the
plastic endtank. I have yet to fully inspect, but maybe it's dug a hole in
the endtank, very small, and only leaks occasionally, high pressure, high
temp? Don't see anything leaking from it, but how the hell did this coolant
get up there?!
TIA,
