Idle curiosity.....cq into S2?

Was thinking about this the other day on the way home from work.

What is required to turn a US spec 1990's coupe quattro (the N/A version)
into a S2?

I would think the following...

20v turbo motor from a S4 and associated ECU/wiring
intercooler from said S4
possibly suspension?

Anything else that would be needed?

And is this a fairly straight bolt in affair or is there significant
differences between the US CQ20v and the Euro version that is turbocharged?
