So just how long have 4kq lasted?

I am going to take a curious invetigaition of  an 1986 4kq with about
260,000 miles on it.  At this point all the owner says it needs is rear
shocks, but I am sure that can't be all.  Any high mileages heads up from
any of you on these cars?   How long  have some of you known  a 4kq to go,
with maintenance of course ( or just out of more curiousity, without much
maintenance.)
