Replacement Euro Lenses

A couple of hmms.
Hmm #1. Where are the cheapest prices?
Hmm #2. The "Euro" replacements for my car are a *single* H4...while the
Bosch E-code quad rectangulars I'm using give me H4/H1...at a considerable
wattage advantage.
