Unfortunately, this is how VW/Audi likes to operate when it comes to window 
regulators.  There are no individual parts available to my knowledge, so one 
is pretty much forced to buy the whole thing. You could probably find a 
suitable replacement at a good hardware store.  The local ACE has all the 
rubber grommets I could ever need, even some that are pretty much OE VW/Audi. 
My buddies and I figured it has everything we need to do a turbo swap :)
