turbo whine

Hey, I happen to like turbo whine!  Can this silencer be removed, and 
if so, how?  I know my 200 will never sound like a Lancia Delta 
Intergale under boost
(which I've had a ride in, and I'm STILL smiling!)  but I'd like a 
little improvement, it's just too quiet.
